Nancy Rosado is a business initiatives consultant on the Wells Fargo Supplier Diversity team. With more than ten years of supplier diversity and inclusion experience, Nancy is responsible for Wells Fargo’s supplier diversity communications, marketing and outreach initiatives.
Throughout her career Nancy has held key leadership roles in both the public and non-profit sector. From 2009 to 2019 Nancy led the City of Charlotte, North Carolina’s supplier diversity program serving as the business inclusion manager where she provided strategic leadership on the city’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Prior to her role in Charlotte, Nancy was the executive director of a New Jersey non-profit community-based organization where she oversaw 90 staff members and a budget of $6 million.
Nancy is the past chairperson of the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte Board of Directors. In August 2018, Nancy was recognized by the Hispanic Contractors Association of the Carolinas with their presidential award for Outstanding Community Service.
Nancy earned her master’s degree in Business Administration from Rider University, and a B. S. in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.
Nancy currently resides in Charlotte with her husband of 20 years and two children.
